We had a vision to create an annual lunch with the fun and frivolity of a traditional sports lunch, but with a greater focus on health and wellness.
Our Director Joanne caught up with her old triathlon coach Tim Franklin and over coffee they determined they had the ingredients to bring this event to life:
- Tim Franklin | The man who had just run around the world and had a great story to share
- Amy Chapman | A Matilda and popular sports commentator
- Dr Glen Richards | One of Australia’s most prominent entrepreneurs in business and health
- Kimberley Busteed | One of Australia’s best MC’s
- and finally Inspiring Brighter Futures who make a real difference to the lives of so many.
What an incredible, inspiring and powerful event. We loved witnessing the new connections and reunions taking place across the room.
Guests were welcomed with a KAILO nurtition mocktail, had the opportunity to hold Olympic torches, rub shoulders with sports stars and hear from one of the best panels we have had the privilege of witnessing.
Thank you to our incredible business network for joining us, we are so proud to announce that you helped raise $25,675 for Inspiring Brighter Futures.
Tom Gunnes (Ray White Aspley) was our energetic and passionate auctioneer.
To the generous businesses who supported the live auction, along with Dr Glen Richards, Tim Franklin and The Diamond Group – thank you for joining us and supporting the event so generously.
