The launch event for ‘Diamonds in the Dust’ was a resounding success, drawing business leaders from across the nation.
Held in conjunction with Beef Australia 2024, the country’s largest beef industry event, the exclusive dinner featured a 10-course beef degustation.
Endeavour Meats, renowned for delivering some of Australia’s finest meat to global markets, partnered with the event to highlight NAPCo’s Five Founders Beef, the nation’s first carbon-neutral beef brand.
Jackson Hewitt from AuctionsPlus and NAPCo’s James Carson discussed the NAPCo story and the work undertaken by Australian beef producers to create this sustainable, exceptional product.
Moët Hennessy Australia perfectly paired each dish with a premium wine from their collection. Guests were treated to some exclusive pours and delighted with the cellar tales shared by Adrien Dumont.
The only travesty of the evening was that Trent Bell was ‘background music’ for our guests. Trent’s exceptional performance was perfection and enjoyed by all.
