We stopped, took time to breathe, recharge and connect – it was incredible.
Business owners and leaders joined us as we dipped our toe for the first time into some very icy water.

The morning oozed goodness, our talented partners @cool2beconscious and @grndedgingr led us through an invigorating breath work exercise and we felt the beautiful vibrations from @rainbowstarhealing

Back at base @thepowerstationco served perfect morning coffees, we shared breakfast and relived what was a new experience for many.
